New Staff
You are setup in Learn by HR once all paper work and on boarding has been completed. You will receive two emails to your registered email address, shortly after your new account has been set up in the system. Once you have your Learn email containing your username and password link, click the link in the email to be taken to new password screen. Setup your new password and login into Learn.
Note: Your registered email address is the one you supplied to HR when completing your onboarding with The Salvation Army, this address may not be your Salvation Army address. If your password reset link doesn’t arrive, be sure to check your personal email and junk folders. You can update your email address, you can find more information about changing your email here (link to password article).
