Learn is accessed using your Salvos Single sign-on (SSO) credentials,
(Salvos email/username and password), which is also used for
Salvos SSO applications such as Microsoft Office365, Outlook etc.
New Starters
You are setup in Learn once your hiring manager and HR have processed all paperwork and your on boarding has been completed.
You will receive a Welcome to Learn email from Learn to your registered email address, shortly after your new account has been set up in the system. This email includes a link to access Learn and an overview of your mandatory training requirements.
If you have not received a Welcome to Learn email from Learn (email 3 of 3), please visit the Learn Helpdesk to submit a request.
If you have not received an email with your Salvos login credentials (email 2 of 3), please contact your hiring manager.
Existing Workers
If you are unable to access Learn using your Salvos email/ username and password, please submit a request with the IT helpdesk via phone 1300 650 095 or email servicedesk@salvationarmy.org.au
