Within each report, there are several different statuses, and they depend on which you report you are viewing as below.
Understanding Learn Training Status
Within Learn there are several different statuses for mandatory training, and they depend on which course are viewing. Additionally for refresher training, the Overdue on-screen representation is designed to assist you in quickly monitoring compliance, which is only displayed in the dashboard. When exporting the reports further analysis is required based on Status and Due Date columns.
Once Off Courses:
- Complete - Currently up to date with training, no further action required
- Not Complete - Course to be completed by the due date. If date is in the past, the training is overdue and needs to be actioned as soon as possible
Refresher Courses:
- Certified - Currently up to date with training, next action is when window opens to re-complete training
- In Progress - Training is in progress, action is required
- Not Certified - Course to be completed by the due date. If date is in the past, the training is overdue and needs to be actioned as soon as possible
- Expired - Course needs to be completed and is past due date
Status - (previously assigned - no action required)
When a worker is unassigned from training (e.g. moving to a new role with different training requirements or moving between management levels), the history of the training record is maintained, however, a new status is applied - "Previously assigned - no action required". This allows TSA to maintain a formal record of training while also indicating that the worker is no longer required to complete that training and there is no action for the worker to take.
Depending on your reporting requirements, you may wish to filter out "Previously assigned - no action required" training after exporting to Excel.
