Training reports for WHS Self-Assessment

Updated

The WHS Self-Assessment Audit has several criteria requiring evidence of WHS training.

This resource has been designed to assist Managers in compiling evidence of WHS training completed in Learn.

To complete the training reports required for the WHS Audit, use the links from screen in Learn.

Download each report using the export function below your report data and include these exported files with your audit.

3C - WHS Leadership Program Part 1

  1. Click on the Excel button located below this report data
  2. Select "Save as" and save in a folder you can easily access
  3. Rename report to: 3C - WHS Leadership Program Part 1 ddmmyy (replace "ddmmyy" with today's date)
  4. Click Save

Report Status Definitions

  • Complete - Conformance
  • Not Complete and not yet due - Conformance at this time
  • Not Complete AND overdue - Non Conformance

7C - Manual Handling

  1. Click on the Excel button located below this report data
  2. Select "Save as" and save in a folder you can easily access
  3. Rename report to: 7C - Manual Handling ddmmyy (replace "ddmmyy" with today's date)
  4. Click Save

Report Status Definitions

  • Complete - Conformance
  • In Progress (started but not finished) - Confirm due date (past due date - Non Conformance, future due date - Conformance at this time)
  • Not Certified (enroled but not started) - Confirm due date (past due date - Non Conformance, future due date - Conformance at this time)
  • Expired (overdue for completion) - Non Conformance

9F - Emergency Preparation & Response

  1. Click on the Excel button located below this report data
  2. Select "Save as" and save in a folder you can easily access
  3. Rename report to: 9F - Emergency Preparation & Response ddmmyy (replace "ddmmyy" with today's date)
  4. Click Save

Report Status Definitions

  • Complete - Conformance
  • In Progress (started but not finished) - Confirm due date (past due date - Non Conformance, future due date - Conformance at this time)
  • Not Certified (enroled but not started) - Confirm due date (past due date - Non Conformance, future due date - Conformance at this time)
  • Expired (overdue for completion) - Non Conformance

15C – De-escalation Training

  1. Click on the Excel button located below this report data
  2. Select "Save as" and save in a folder you can easily access
  3. Rename report to: 15C – De-escalation Training ddmmyy (replace "ddmmyy" with today's date)
  4. Click Save

Report Status Definitions

  • Complete - Conformance
  • Complete via rpl - Conformance
  • In Progress (enroled and started, but not finished) - Non Conformance
  • Not yet started (enroled but not yet started) - Non Conformance
