Here at Learn Support, we provide the system, Learn, but all training including the content, audience and completion requirements are provided by different stakeholders in line with our legal, ethical, funding and internal training requirements. Thus Learn Support does not have control or authority to approve any training adjustments.
Adjustments for Mandatory Training are possible only in special circumstances.
If you feel that your special circumstances warrant an adjustment on your Mandatory training, your manager will need to contact Learn Support on help@learnhelpdesk.com who will provide the stakeholder/department details to be contacted to approve your particular adjustment.
