Finding your learning history (Record of Learning)

To view your completed Learning within Learn, once logged in click Record of Learning in the top header.

Record of Learning is broken up into three sections

• Courses - lists all current eLearning courses currently assigned to you irrespective of the status
• Certifications - lists all mandatory training that needs to be completed only once
• Programs - lists all mandatory training that needs to be completed on a recurring schedule

Exporting your history

At the bottom of each page, you have the option of exporting your Record of Learning. You can export to CSV (similar to excel without formatting), excel or PDF. Select the format you wish to export and click the export button.

Your manager is able to view your Record of Learning within Learn or via the Managers report.
