Viewing your outstanding Mandatory Training
You can view your outstanding training by clicking on the My Learning top menu item.
All training listed under Outstanding Mandatory Training needs to be completed by the due date in the status column. Any training with due dates in the past is overdue and needs immediate action.
Understanding Mandatory Training types
Programs (Once-off) - Mandatory eLearning that only needs to be completed once. Once these courses are completed, you can revisit the course to refresh your knowledge of the course at any time.
Certifications (Refresher) - Mandatory eLearning that needs to be completed on a refresh schedule. When it comes time to refresh the course the old completion is archived and you need to complete the course again by the due date.
Courses - Non-Mandatory course users can self enrol into via Find Learning top menu item.
Viewing your completed eLearning
You can view all completed training via clicking on the Record of Learning top menu item.
Understanding your Training Status
Within Learn there are several different statuses for mandatory training, and they depend on whether the course is setup as a refresher (Certification) or once off (Program).
- Certified/Complete - You are compliant, and no action is currently required.
- Not certified/Not complete - You are required to complete this eLearning by the due date.
- In progress – You have started but not completed the course. You must complete the course by the due date, any dates in the past indicate you are overdue and require immediate action.
- Certified - Window Open - You are due to refresh your certification.
- Expired - You are overdue with your training and immediate action is required.
Note - Any training listed on your My Learning under Outstanding Mandatory Training is due for action.
Status - (previously assigned - no action required)
When you are unassigned from training (e.g. moving to a new role with different training requirements or moving between management levels), the history of your training record is maintained, however, a new status is applied - "Previously assigned - no action required". This allows the TSA to maintain a formal record of training while also indicating that you no longer required to complete that training and there is no action that you need to take.
Find Learning
Mandatory Training automatically appears within your My Learning. Find Learning allows you to find additional training for you to complete.
